You can order two types of band by post, a cotton band and a silicon band. They are both £1 each.
Enclose cheque made payable to 'Christian Aid Ltd', your full postal address and state how many of each type of band you'd like to order.

You can purchase a cotton band or a silicon band for £1 donation, or ActionAid hand-woven bands from a project in Bangladesh for £2 donation.
Please make the cheque payable to ActionAid, your full postal address and don't forget to state how many and which type you require.
Or if you really can't get hold of one you can make your own using a length of white material. The important thing is that you show your support and say enough is enough.
